Capabilities

Program Management

The ELS Team provides expert Program Management Office support to our Navy Customers. Back office functions are accomplished both with our customers and within ELS spaces.
Acquisition Management

We possess more than 40 years of experience working in Program Executive Offices (PEOs) and System Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, & NIWC) supporting various ship acquisition programs.
BFM Support

ELS provides Business Financial Management services specifically tailored for U.S. Navy and Department of Defense (DoD) contracts. Our services encompass a broad range of financial management activities essential for the planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) processes.
Engineering Services

Our varied and experienced engineering staff is comprised of Electrical, Software, Mechanical, System and Civil Engineers. We also provide Systems Engineering for Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA).
Logistics Engineering/ILS

Our founding competencies lie in key ILS core elements including Interactive Electronic Tech Manual (IETM) Development, Training Support, Configuration & Data Management, Program Documentation, Quality Assurance, Maintenance Planning, Logistics Technical Data Development, Computer Resources Support, and Facilities Development.
